A multi-fibres blend in capsules:
 
Essential dietary fibre (both soluble and insoluble) from naturally high-fibre foods, including prunes, fig fruit, flaxseed, herbs and psyllium husks and seeds. May support healthy digestion, bowel regularity and the natural cleansing and elimination processes of the body.

PER 1 VEGE CAPSULE:
Psyllium husk and seeds blend powder - 525mg
HPMC Capsule Shell (vegetable cellulose) Hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose - 110mg      
Flaxseed powder - 80mg
Fenugreek powder - 50mg
Apple pectin - 20mg
Fennel seed powder - 20mg
Rhubarb extract 30:1 (Equivalent to 360mg rhubarb powder) - 12mg
Prune juice fruit extract 5:1 (Prunus Domestica) - 10mg
Broccoli extract (0.5% sulphurophane) - 5mg
Carrot powder - 5mg
Fig fruit extract 4:1 (Equivalent to 20mg fresh fig powder) - 5mg

• Contains no: added sugar, salt, preservative, wheat, gluten, lactose, dairy, colours, fillers or flavours.
• ​​Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Take 3 - 8 capsules per day or adjust intake as required. Always take with a minimum of 250ml of water. Ideally taken before an evening meal or total intake can be split over 2 meals.
